Welcome to the dance and movement class you've been waiting for and didn't realize exists.
…maybe leaps and pirouettes aren’t currently in your dance or movement repertoire but you still crave that feeling of freedom, fluidity and fun from dancing
…maybe you love to move your body but dance steps and routines aren't your thing and you want to move your body in a way to deeply connect with yourself, movement and music
Welcome to Sacred Embodiment, a type of therapeutic and empowering movement practice that feels like an intuitive dance - meets moving meditation - meets stretching and freeing the body.
In this 90-min class we will take a gentle and nurturing dive into a more blissful body state.
We will move slowly, access sensations and feelings with deep reverence, gracefully deepening self-connection and liberating our truest essence.
You move as much or as little as your body calls for and however it wants to move. There are no steps or routine to follow. We will start on the ground and also invite standing movement too.
