This workshop combines both healing practices of restorative yoga and reiki, for a truly unique experience that will help restore balance and peace to the mind, body, and spirit.
✨Yoga instructor, Mimi will gently guide participants through a series of restorative poses accompanied with hands on assists.
✨Reiki master, Nancy will move throughout the room offering the tranquil healing Reiki energy.
The combination of Reiki and Restorative Yoga provides an afternoon of powerful healing and beautiful relaxation!
