If you've been thinking of joining us, we're in a big space now and there's lots of room for everybody!✨Unleash your inner rhythm and reconnect with the essence of your being through Primal Dance... a 90-minute barefoot immersive journey blending freestyle movement with light guidance... in community.
✨Set to a curated flow of music, the session crescendos from slow and reflective to wild and uninhibited, before guiding you to a place of calm and integration.
Whether you're experienced or new to conscious/ecstatic dance, you are very welcome here!
