🧘♀️This 60 minute Pilates class includes lots of stretches & a relaxation period to help you to unwind, relieve stress, and take time for yourself.
✨This is a fabulous class on the days when you may be feeling a little low on energy or needing to take some time out. Throughout the class you will focus on relaxing and taking deep long breaths to release any tension within your body.

Single 'drop in' sessions may be available depending on availability. These are at a higher price but good if you wish to try a class before committing to the whole course- these will be shown 7 days before each class if available.
