🌿 Holly – an experienced yoga teacher and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in training, known for her restorative yoga classes and mind–body approach to wellbeing.
Together, we’ve designed a unique retreat weaving yoga, NLP, hypnotherapy, sound, sauna, wild swimming, nourishing food, and the magic of Brimham Rocks into one unforgettable experience.
