In this 4-week series led by Lotus Lindley, we’ll explore the practical and spiritual aspects of Yoga Nidra to help you cultivate more harmony, peace, joy, and connection to your true self. Each guided practice will offer tools for navigating life’s ups and downs with greater ease.
