A Sacred, Joyful Dance Experience for Women
Join Women R.I.S.E., a Boulder-based community for women entrepreneurs and creatives, for a powerful women-only ecstatic dance experience—a space to move your body freely, express yourself fully, and reconnect with your inner rhythm outside of work, roles, and expectations.
Ecstatic dance is a guided, sober, free-form movement journey. There are no steps to follow, no choreography, and no expectations. You’re invited to dance however your body wants to move—slow, wild, soft, strong, playful, or still—guided by an intentional musical arc designed to open, energize, and ground you.
At Women R.I.S.E., we believe that embodiment, nervous-system support, and authentic connection are essential—not just for business, but for life. This gathering is an invitation to step away from thinking, striving, and performing… and drop fully into your body.
This is not a performance.
This is not a workout.
This is a space for presence, release, embodiment, and joy.
