Join Brighton-based leather artist Clair Letton of Hide & Brass for a joyful, hands-on creative workshop. You’ll design and make your own statement leather necklace using an array of colourful, hand-painted offcuts from Clair’s handbag and accessory collections.
Each piece of leather tells its own story — and because the necklaces are made entirely from studio scraps, no two will ever be the same. You’ll discover unexpected colour combinations, experiment with texture and pattern, and leave with a finished necklace that’s completely unique to you.
This workshop celebrates creativity, sustainability, and the beauty of making something from what might otherwise go to waste.

Hide & Brass is a Brighton-based leather studio run by artist Clair Letton, who hand-paints and crafts each piece using sustainable, low-waste methods. Her work combines fine art, pattern design, and traditional leathercraft to create handbags, accessories, and jewellery that are full of colour, joy, and individuality.
