This is an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself, nature, and other like-minded women! We’re all going through so many changes right now and we need to support each other through these times more than ever. ❤️🩹
🪄We’ll sleep under the stars ✨ & learn various mindful ways to excel on your healing path through a beautiful sisterhood. You can bring any crystals to cleanse, charge. ✨🔥🌖
🪄This will be a journey of inner exploration, connection, & healing! ❤️🩹
🪄We will set up Thursday and enjoy Halloween evening with a pot luck, have an introduction ceremony and build a beautiful flower mandala around the fire for the weekend! The next morning we will be going on a hike around the rapids and swinging bridges, & maybe swimming if it’s not cold, Friday night we will cook dinner together, make s’mores, & sing campfire songs around the fire! 🔥 Saturday will include yoga and other mindful activities as well as cooking together & a beautiful sound bath under the stars that evening.. then we’ll have breakfast Sunday & a closing ceremony. 🌖⛺️🌳🔥🧙🏼✨🎃
🪄Opening ceremony:
✨We will open our sacred space with guidelines on what to expect.
✨Then transition into a cleansing and grounding meditation to get our energy all connected to start the healing circle.
✨ then on to introductions of how we’re all connected.
✨We will follow the circle with a sound bath under the stars and reap the healing benefits of sound and frequencies! 🏺🪬🧿🪷

The event will include 3 nights of camping in an air conditioned tent w a comfy bed, full electric, breakfast and dinner Friday, the healing circle, yoga class, guided hike & swimming, energy cleansing meditation, sound healing Saturday, breakfast and dinner Saturday & breakfast Sunday morning. ✨
🪄Bring:
- outdoor camping style chair for circle outside.
- yoga mat for yoga and to lay down during for the sound journey if you like
-reusable cup for water & lemonade
-any other drinks/snacks you would like to bring and/or share with the group.
•Also if you’d like, you can bring flowers for the mandala we’ll make Thursday together. ✌🏼🎃✨

🪄About the Facilitator:
Betty Mae is the host, and founder of Sisters of the Moon. She’s studied mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, psychology, and yoga for more than a decade now! She’s even traveled as far as Thailand, Greece, Costa Rica, and Puerto Rico for her studies. She is certified in MBSR and a certified yoga teacher, as well as beginner certified in sound healing. She has a degree in psychology, counseling, human services, & social work. ❤️🩹 She is an Alternative & Holistic Medicine Woman, Mindfulness based Practitioner, Sound Healer Practitioner, Advocate & Host of Sacred Healing Ceremonies with Spiritual Retreats & Women’s Circles
