This New Year Freedom Activation Chakradance Class is a guided, somatic journey through the 7 chakras, designed to help you gently clear emotional residue from the past and restore balance to your nervous system as you enter the year ahead.
Through evocative music, intuitive movement, and mandala art, your body becomes the guide. You’ll uncover where energy flows with ease, where it feels blocked, and how to invite healing without force or effort.
This class is the beginning of a Chakradance journey, supporting deep transformation, emotional release, and embodied freedom over time.
