Silent Inside flow Disco is FULLY BOOKED due to popular demand. Thank you so much for your support! We will add one more session of Vinyasa Flow on the same day, sign up now before the tickets are sold out again.
Silent Disco is back in November! This time we are thrilled to have PMQ as our venue partner.
Put on our glowing headphones and flow to curated music over Yoga Practice led by The Yoga Room instructor - Enting.

⚪️ Fee: HK$200 per person
Music and teacher instructions will be heard through wireless illuminated disco headsets.
