Flow with us in this unique yoga experience surrounded by our adoptable cats. As the moon waxes toward fullness, we’ll focus on building energy, setting intentions and moving with purpose.
Enjoy a 45-minute slow movement class to unwind and rejuvenate, followed by 45 minutes of cat time with a chance to cuddle, play, and interact with Starry Night Foster Cats. 🐾💛
Schedule:
✔️ Check-in: 6:45 – 7 PM @ Barista Counter
✔️ Set Up Mats: 7-7:15 PM
✔️ Yoga Flow: 7:15 – 8 PM
