Each CWS event is intentionally capped to maintain an intimate and curated atmosphere. If you RSVP or purchase a ticket, please consider it a commitment to attend.
🔄Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens! If your plans change, please update your RSVP or contact the host at least 24 hours in advance so your spot can be offered to someone on the waitlist.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future RSVP approvals, as we want to prioritize members who consistently participate and contribute to the community.

Once tickets reach capacity, a waitlist will open. If a spot becomes available, the next person on the list will be notified automatically.
