If you missed our newsletter, we are getting back to our regularly scheduled events and we have some exciting things planned 🥰We are kicking off the year with what has become one of our favourite events to offer, a SoulFULL Evening!
Each of these evenings are centred around the intention of filling your soul up through mindfulness, connection, and healing. While each SoulFULL Evening has its own theme, guests are always guided through a sound healing and meditation experience!
For this month, the theme is: Connecting with Your Animal Spirit Guides! 🦋🐍🦁🐦⬛🐻🐬
Jaimi will play Quartz singing bowls that connect with and align your Chakra system, while Mandy will take you on a meditative journey to meet or reconnect with one or more of your animal guides! Near the end of the evening, we will use rhythmic drumming to ground you and bring you back into the space!
The focus of this event is for our guests to deeply connect with their animals, and M & J will be there to guide you, answer any questions, and help make sense of anything you may be struggling to interpret! We will also have extra material, like books & oracle cards, for you to read up on any of the animals that may present for you!

Please bring: a journal/pen, a drink to keep you hydrated, your meditation crystals, and anything else you may need to be comfortable. *Chairs will be provided for seating—if you would like to lie down, please bring a yoga mat/blanket/pillow!*
