Parent and baby group 👶🏻 Come and join myself Verity, every Tuesday morning for a gentle calming crystal bowl sound bath with your little ones.
👶🏻 Suitable for babies newborn - pre-crawlers.
✨️The soothing sounds help calm the mind and promote relaxation for both parent and baby.
Sound healing can help babies sleep and help to develop hearing and sensory awareness.
🙏 Please tend to your babies as you need to in this hour. Relax and enjoy one to one time with your baby, allow yourself to be present, and allow the healing vibrations to flow though your body to where it needs to go.
🔉I will use a decibel meter to monitor the sounds and keep them at a comfortable level for the babies.
☕️ A nice hot cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate will be waiting for you, I look forward to meeting you and your little one 👶🏻
