Park at the Ingles on 81 for a run on the connector starting at 6am, lights are still best for visibility at the start. All paces are welcome to join but currently range from 8-10:30 min/mile. Complete the entire 10k out and back or turn when needed to get to work on time. The last Wednesday of the month is held at Maple Bakery in Williamston
