Sometimes, seemingly out of nowhere, we feel pressure, become heavy, tired, drained, or even encounter waves of negativity.
Just as we use noise-canceling headsets or earplugs to mitigate noise in loud environments, there are techniques to reduce the
impact of energetic or frequency interruptions. These methods can lessen the severity of energy shifts and their effects, and
sometimes you simply need to know when it's best to leave the area.
This is a workshop where students will be practicing
shielding techniques. Participants will gain more if they are sensitive to energy and have a higher intuitive sensitivity.
