ARTISTS ???
▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔
1- Maycheal and Mayra are International Bachata Artists, and are also the founders of the “Dance Healing” program. Mayra is originally from Argentina, whereas Maycheal is from Lebanon. They both started dancing at a very young age, learning many different styles and techniques. Thus, they both grew up surrounded by art.
Mayra became familiar with a wide variety of styles: from classical ballet to bachata, from aerial acrobatics to hip-hop, from flamenco to contemporary, and from jazz to ice skating. This latter has been a big influence on their dance, since spins are incorporated in most of Maycheal and Mayra’s routines.
As well as a dancer, Mayra also worked as a model and actress in her native Argentina.
While travelling around the world, she met Maycheal at a Latin Dance festival in Lebanon.
Maycheal has been a Latin and Ballroom dancer since he was a teenager, and has been Lebanese Latin and Ballroom Dancing Champion. He has always been a highly technical dancer, and this has helped his teaching, something he has been doing since he was only 16 years old. With his love for teaching and a lifetime of experience, he can help students transform and rapidly achieve their goals. When Maycheal and Mayra started dancing together they incorporated tango, salsa, kizomba, as well as bachata. But their audience was particularly enthusiastic when they saw how the bachata brought out Maycheal and Mayra’s uniquely strong connection. So, in 2017 they founded M&M Dance focusing solely on bachata: an initiative which gave them the space to create something personal, drawing on their long and varied years of experience. In 2018 M&M Dance started travelling internationally and they won the silver medal in the American Championship, Latin open in the Bachata Category. Since then, they have travelled to more than 56 countries around the world, finding a particularly warm reception in Asia.
Despite this success, they felt unfulfilled, and wishing to create something more meaningful, they started the Dance Healing Program. This is a program which aligns breathing with movement and mindset coaching, and includes fine technique, connection, passion, and elegance. Thus, they completed the transition from teachers to mentors.
2- Leandro & Jomante ?? ??
International Bachata instructors & Choreographers from Spain and Lithuania. Together they conform a team that holds years of experience in multiple disciplines to combine into their bacahta dance Jomante brings dance technique from years of Ballroom and contemporary. Leandro in other hand brings musicality/interpretation of music from years of bachata, salsa and theater With this we bring a wide range of movements to express the bachata music.
Between the two they combine more than 20 years of teaching experience. Today they mentor other teachers in becoming great dance teachers.
3- Nikita and Klau create a explosive duo who out of love for bachata and people, shares their dance knowledge with bachateros from all over the Poland and Europe!
They started their cooperation in 2020 by creating the unique style of Bachata Dinamica, distinguished by extraordinary energy and dynamic flows as well as original styling.
KLAUDIA PERDEK
A flesh and blood dancer, she has been dancing for over 15 years and teaching for 6 years. Previously, she specialized in such styles as jazz, ballet and cheerdance, at the moment she focuses mainly on bachata, which she met 6 years ago. Winner of: European Latin Dance Cup in bachata solo, International competition "Warsaw Bachata Social Competition 2019 and 2021" and many more! She had the pleasure to perform and lead workshops at international festivals in many European countries and in the United States! She has often appeared in television programs such as "Got Talent" or "Got To Dance”.
NIKITA BUBNOV
Nikita is a sensual dancer and instructor with many years of experience in teaching. He constantly deepens his knowledge of dance by participating in workshops and festivals and studying Dance Pedagogy at the AHE Art Department in Łódź. Nikita is the winner of the "Baila con sorpresa" competition in 2016, a finalist of the international competition Warsaw Bachata Social Competition in 2018 and a laureate of BachataStars 2019. As a dancer, instructor and choreographer, he values not only technique, but also emotions, passion and contact between partners.
4- Maykel Fidel is a danish dance instructor with roots in Argentina and Nicaragua.
He has been working as a dance instructor for several dance schools and at multiple international dance congresses and festivals.
Achievements:
1st place in the Bachata Social Competition 2023 of Belgium
1st place in the Latin American Dance Festival 2019 of Denmark.
2nd place in the Bachata Social Competition 2023 of Germany
2nd place in Toulouse Social Dance Competition 2019 in France.
Semifinalist in Saint Petersburg Bachata Congress 2019 in Russia
Semifinalist in Bachata Meet Up 2019, 2022 & 2023 in Poland.
Semifinalist in Prague Bachata Festival 2023 in Czech Republic.

6- Benjamin & Sara is a bachata sensual couple from Copenhagen.
Their focus is connection, musicality, technique and organic sensual body movement.
Between the two of them they share a broad palette of experiences in their formational dance journey, ranging from two different musical backgrounds, interests in other dance styles, show performances, winning social dance competitions, to countless congresses and private classes with top bachata couples.
They started working professionally together in October 2022. Since then they have taught weekly classes and given workshops and bootcamps in both Denmark and Sweden.
Their love for the art of social dancing shows in the way they dance and teach, inspiring and helping students to find their creativity and perfect their skills on the dance floor.
On top of this, they’re part of the Latin Vibes team, with whom they organise events and teach weekly classes in Copenhagen.
7- Peter & Kari
Peter comes from a background in Hip-hop before getting into Bachata and has been teaching Bachata for seven years, both internationally on festivals and with weekly classes in Gothenburg. Peter also DJ and make his own bachata remixes under the name DJ Peter ? Kari has her background in classical ballet and contemporary dance, and she has been teaching ballet for several years. She later fell in love with Bachata, and she started teaching bachata in Oslo 2021. Peter & Kari joined forces in 2022 and has been teaching togeather at several events/festivals since then.
8- Ausrine is a professional contemporary and bachata dancer from Lithuania. She had finished A. Lipeika dance school and currently, She dancing at a contemporary dance theater AURA and leading bachata workshops in various festivals such as the Malmö bachata festival, Kaunas bachata festival etc. She love to share my passion for dancing with people and celebrate life through music and movement.
Dance has always been a big interest in Moe’s life. His started dancing at the age of 16 and in 2017 Moe started to teach Salsa & Bachata in Malmö. Moe is very appreciated for his teaching skills and for all the dance joy he spreads. He loves performing and since 2019 he has been dancing on stage in a great variety of occasions. Moe has learned bachata from the biggest aritsts around the world like: Luis & Andrea, Abdel y Lety, Truji y Gloria, Kike & Nahir and Korke & Judith (the founders of bachata sensual) through multiple privates.
9- Bryan started dancing in Barcelona 4 years ago learning from both bachata sensual creators Korke&Judith and tradicional Argenis&Carolina (a lo Dominican organisers). He continued developing his dancing in international congresses. Michelle has been dancing in Stockholm more than 6 years of experience in different Latin styles. Since a year back they’re both a part of Malmö Dansakademi’s Latin show groups coached by Mariano Neris and Bella Malekian. Bryan&Michelle will bring social-oriented skills and the unmatched latinoamerican “sabor” from El Salvador and Ecuador.

The closest airport to us is CPH Copenhagen Denmark it takes only 25 minutes by train/car from Copenhagen airport to Malmö Sweden.
Train station: Malmö Central only 5 minutes by buss/car to our venue: buss number 3 or number 4 and 26 minutes by walking.

WHAT IS A BACHATA FESTIVAL?

bachata festival is an intensive course in 3 days for 16h which you will learn & develop your bachata skills by working on sensual movements, waves, body movements, footwork & creative social movements by focusing on feeling, connection, technique, leading/following, musicality & men/ladies styles.

It can be good to sign up with a dance partner but you are not must to do that to be able to participate in the classes, there in the place you will find one, most of the people register themselves without a dance partner and we get them together.

Jack & Jill competition. We will have a competition between bachata couples during the parties and you all can join the competition if you are interested!
