With the recent developments in financial frameworks, we're thrilled to welcome Mr Lionel Mok, sustainable finance program lead at Civic Exchange for an insightful conversation around HK's policy and decarbonization agenda!

Lionel Mok is the sustainable finance program lead at Civic Exchange. He oversees the think tank's research and outreach with corporates, HKSAR government, financial institution and financial regulators. He holds a PhD from HKUST and has worked for the International Finance Corporation and Climate Bonds Initiative. He has previously worked as a journalist in Dubai and Cambodia.

Sustainable development is an interdisciplinary topic. Civic Exchange acts as a platform for mobilizing diverse stakeholders to collaborate on critical topics in Hong Kong. Lionel will introduce the organization's work on energy transition, sutainable finance policy and HK's decarbonization agenda.
