Have gear or clothing you used a few times but just don’t love? Anything still with with tags on but can’t return? 😏 Bring new / gently used running gear and clothing to swap with other runners after SloMo! Will be informal and set up under the ramadas immediately after run.
Join us for a very easy effort 4-ish mile run (aka, “SloMo on SoMo”). Perfect for runners new to trails, combatting a midweek slump, and/or recovery miles. This is a no-drop run, and course leaders will wait for everyone at all critical junctures.
This route is out and back unless otherwise noted (can be shortened by turning back early). Check sunrise times to see if a headlamp is needed!
