'The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland’ Clay Project: A Free Family Art Experience (Session #2): Saturday, October 11th from 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM. Families in the Faribault community are invited to take part in a whimsical, hands-on art experience inspired by Alice in Wonderland! Join us at the Paradise Center for the Arts to enjoy a free, family-friendly event celebrating creativity, imagination, and community! During the activity, families will glaze clay medallions using brushes and ceramic glazes in the lower-level rehearsal room. Paradise staff and volunteers will be on hand to guide participants through the creative process. Medallions will be kiln-fired and emerge vibrant, shiny, and ready for display.Adding to the magic, costumed cast members from Alice in Wonderland will make special appearances during each session!
There will be three sessions on October 11th, with up to 30 participants in each session! All participating children will receive one free student ticket to a performance of Alice in Wonderland. Finished medallions will be featured in the K&M Gallery, and families may pick up their pieces during the show's performance dates.
