We will delve into yoga’s history, philosophy, mythology, asana, pranayama breathing practices, meditation practices, mantra, music, storytelling, poetry, and ritual with a strong focus on building knowledge, confidence, and teaching skills step-by-step.
In addition to learning time tested techniques and best practices for teaching yoga – our teacher training is distinctive in that we also encourage you to empower your creativity and voice to design imaginative, colorful classes born from your own unique story, personality, and passions.
