A 2.5hr Qi-Gong, Breathwork and intergration session.
In a time where the world is moving so fast, with so much trying to grasp our attention and bide for our time, this is your opportunity to nourish your soul and return to self.
Experience and participate a 30 minute session of Zhineng Qigong a healing and mindful practise taught by a practitioner with many years of experince and co-facilitator Kadama before being guided into a full somatic Breathwork ‘Into the Void’ journey followed by a nourishing meal and intergration session.
What is the Void
‘The Void’ a vastness of spacious awareness, a place of stillness and aliveness yet with no sign of physical constriction, a place of nothingness yet where all potentiality exists, a place of surrender, calm and blissful tranquility.
