Join us for an immersive 60-minute wellness experience blending the healing power of crystal sound bowls with the nourishing wisdom of açaí and whole foods.
This unique workshop begins with a 30-minute sound healing session, guiding you into deep rest, nervous system regulation, and emotional recalibration. As the vibrations of the crystal bowls move through your energy field, you’ll drop into a state of presence, allowing your body to soften and your heart to open.
Once grounded in that frequency, we’ll shift into an educational açaí session, where you’ll learn about the vibrational energy of food and how to choose what your body truly needs. We’ll explore how what we eat can either support or disrupt our energetic state — and how açaí, a nutrient-dense superfood, can bring the body into alignment.
After learning, you’ll intuitively select your vibrant açaí bowl, using guidance from what your body is asking for post-sound healing. Think of it as nourishment from the inside out, connecting the dots between frequency, food, and feeling.
