Wednesday 26th March, 7pm in The Farm Table. We’re joined by Paolo Bombetti of Colleformica Winery, acclaimed food-writer Marc Millon & wine expert Gennaro Effuso for an evening of genuine wine and foods from the Castelli Romani.
The trio will transport us to a traditional ‘Fraschetta’, the rustic and familial restaurants typically found in the Roman Countryside. Guests will enjoy authentic regional dishes alongside fascinating wines from Paolo’s family vineyard. Author of ‘Italy in a Wineglass’, Marc Millon, will take us on a journey though the Roman wine hills, exploring their unique gastronomic traditions & culinary heritage.
