Join us for a meal and traditional music to welcome some of our newest residents, including former refugees who now call Ōtautahi Christchurch home. Connect and meet others over a delicious Eritrean meal cooked by the Share Kai Cooks Collective and enjoy lovely traditional Eritrean music performance by a group of Eritrean musicians, also newly settling in Ōtautahi!
Tickets: $26 for dinner, dessert and drink (halal, vegan and gluten-free options available!). Kids tickets $13. Price contributes towards the cost of 20 free meals for our former refugee diners.
A collaboration with Purapura Whetu Pōwhiri, the Multicultural Recreation and Community Centre, and Welcoming Communities.
