A mostani szívnyitó gyakorlással és egy speciális meditációval az ünnepekre hangolódunk majd. Óra után hosszú hangfürdő vár Rád, ami Adél új angyalhárfája, a "Secret" köré épül, amihez többek között most társul egy új, kaktusz törzsből készült esőbot és egy kenari magvakból készült, patakcsorgás hangját imitáló csodahangszer is.
Csatlakozz hozzánk, ahogy puhán ászanából ászanába áramlunk, lélegzünk, meditálunk, hogy majd a legkisimultabban és kapcsolódásra készen ülhess az ünnepi asztalhoz.

✨ Spend the perfect Sunday evening with us — surrounded by candlelight, gentle fragrances, a view of the Castle, and the enchanting live handpan music of Adél Szirtes.
After the class, you’ll be immersed in a long sound bath, built around Adél’s new angel harp, “Secret”. This magical experience will also feature her newly crafted instruments — a rain stick made from cactus wood, and another made from canary seeds, creating the soft, flowing sounds of a mountain stream.
Join us as we gently flow from asana to asana, breathing, meditating, and moving with awareness — so you can begin your week feeling calm, grounded, and renewed.
Expect a fluid, anatomy-based flow with minimal verbal instruction, allowing you to fully surrender to the live music and natural rhythm of your own movement. We’ll begin softly with breathing exercises, slowly awakening the body, then move into standing sequences that connect you to your inner strength through mini choreographies, before winding down with deep stretches, sound meditation, and an extended sound bath.
After the session, enjoy a complimentary refreshment .
