ÀGBÀLÁ FÀÁJÌ AND YÙNGBÀ YÚNGBÀ @ 10 ORPHANAGE CELEBRATION To God be the glory! My entertainment programmes on radio (ÀGBÀLÁ FÀÁJÌ and YÙNGBÀ YÚNGBÀ) will be clocking 10 years by November 2025. Of course, they are as old as Rave 91.7 FM.
I have decided to celebrate this in grand style. Yes, in a big way but I am not throwing any party nor selling Ankara.
What I have in mind is to reach-out to the less privileged i.e. giving back to the society. A total of 10 orphanages have been randomly selected throughout Osun state. I will be donating items to them as we mark a decade of the radio shows and by extension Rave FM.
This project is beyond my power, but I know you kind-hearted people will support me in celebrating at these orphanage homes.
After visiting some of the homes for enquiry, below are the items needed for the outreach:
(1) Money to meet: School expenses such as uniform, textbooks, bus maintenance e.t.c
(2) Foodstuffs: Beans, yam flour, wheat, Rice,
Semovita, Yam, Plantain etc.
(3) Fish, egg, Palm Oil, Vegetable 0il.
(4) Kitchen utensils like big size pot, plate,
blender etc.
(5) Rechargeable lamp.
(6) Toiletries: Detergent & Antiseptic soap, body cream and bathroom slipers,
Toothpaste.
(7) Pepper
(8) Baby's food (Peak powder 123), Nan1& 1 & 2, Guinea corn, Jero(millet).
(9) Children size plastic chairs and tables.
(10) Drugs: Multivitamin, Anti-Biotic, Ani-Malaria, analgesics
(11) Pads for the ladies.
(12) Clothes for the children induding underwear for male/female.
(13) Washing machine
Please, you can support us with any of the items or cash. There is nothing small to support with.
The deadline for any form of support is October 30th.
We shall keep updating the public as the funds/items keeps coming in. Also, the list of supporter will be published and announced on my programmes on-air and my social media platforms, except they want to remain anonymous.
Recall that I, through the support of some selfless people have been reaching out to widows every Saturday on Yungba Yungba uninterruptedly since the beginning of the year.
