?? Join us for a carefully curated 4-hour journey, where only two participants will delve into the depths of self-discovery and inner peace through the power of meditation and mindfulness with enchanting Bowl Tea Ceremony, kundalini yoga, cacao, and silence.??
?? The centrepiece of this intimate gathering is the Bowl Tea Ceremony meditation. Limited to only four (Mo, Alli, and 2 participants), this sacred practice invites you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment, savouring each sip of the nourishing tea. Allow its warmth to soothe you, whilst we sit in silence, enhancing mindfulness, inner peace, and a deeper connection with yourself and others. ??
??‍♀️ We begin this extraordinary experience by setting your intentions with the sacred elixir of cacao. Its heart-opening properties commence the guidance towards a profound connection with your inner self and the universe. ?‍♀️?
??Then immerse in the serenity of nature by the riverside, as you engage in breathwork and Kundalini yoga. Observe the gentle flow of the river and the calming embrace of nature as you awaken your life force energy and receive information from the wisdom of your body and breathwork practice. ??
??We then re-enter the Meditation Centre as we begin our silent practice of the Bowl Tea Ceremony. Allow the practice of stillness and mindfulness to open your awareness to the wealth of information within you. Allow yourself to receive the information that the Tea would like to share with you. This can be a deeply profound experience as you meet the medicine of tea, in ceremony.
?️? Conclude this soul-stirring journey with shared wisdom of what you found. Let the collective energy of the small group help you to witness yourself, uplift your spirit and inspire you on your path of self-discovery. The whole journey of self-discovery is held and guided by Mo & Alli, who are experienced psychotherapists, meditation teachers, and non-dual practitioners. There is a transformational opportunity when we feel safe and held in a container that promotes healing, both the practitioners and the tea are the same container, just expressing themselves in different forms. Join us for a journey with Tea??️
?✨ This is time to honour and invest in yourself with time to ‘be’. A time to turn towards inner peace and self-connection. ✨?

- 20 minute breathwork practice with guidance to participate in kundalini yoga (if that serves you), followed by a 10-15 minute meditation
