***From 5pm to midnight, attendees 21 and over may walk with open containers of beer or wine in the 4-block "Festival Zone" demarcated by street barricades. You must purchase a Festival Wristband to be able to carry open containers of been or wine. (Wristbands will be available for $5 at participating bars and restaurants on site) Please note: No alcohol is allowed in the PARADE- Only in the Festival Zone, within those barricaded areas. ***RECYCLE ALL CUPS AND CANS ♻️ Thank you!
