Stephano’s Greek and Mediterranean Grill is celebrating the grand opening of its fourth Las Vegas location in Summerlin on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The new restaurant, located at 7541 W. Lake Mead Blvd., brings the brand’s signature Mediterranean-inspired menu to one of the city’s most dynamic and fast-growing neighborhoods.
The first 100 guests at the celebration will receive a $4 gyro, an exclusive Stephano’s swag bag and a $10 voucher to use on a future Stephano’s visit.
