High School Clinics -- Grades 9th – 12th

We will be training on:

• Serving - Jump Serving as well

• Hitting/Attacking ( All positions )

• Blocking

• Passing

• Passing w/ Serve Receive

• Strategy

• Mental focus

• What coaches will be looking for

• Court IQ & more!

Focus will be on:

• Education

• Form

• Hitting/Attacking Strategy

• Challenging Drills

• Blocking Strategy

• Serve Receive / Defense

• Communication

• Breakdown of individual strengths & weaknesses

• Teamwork

• We evaluate each player differently on what they need to work on to achieve their goals as a player and help achieve those skills

We will work on all the different skills, but will determine which of these in each camps ( every camp will differ )
