Welcome To Slick Talk Poetry!!
$2,000 COMPETITION!!
This event will consist of Heavy Weight Poets from across the country all under 1 roof to compete for $2,000 Cash!
All viewers are more than welcome to come out and enjoy the show and the broadcast of these amazing talents!

Rules/details for poets looking to participate.
Non refundable Poet Entry fee currently is $125 to participate.
Any poet interestered in competing DM @IamTheQulture on instagram. Upon review of your content If you’re selected you will be entered into the $2,000 Competition.
1.) 20 Poets Competing.
The winner leaves with $3,000
2.) One Poem “No Theme”
3.) Poem Can only be 5 minutes.
4.) if you go over the time limit you’re disqualified
5.) props are allowed
6.) no music or singing is allowed
7.) check in time is 8:00pm. If you’re not at check in you’re automatically disqualified.
8.) when you go is completly random, everyone name gets put in a hat, when your name is pulled, that’s when you go.
9.) if in the event the 3 judges cannot decide a winner there will be one final round!!
10.) only one person can walk away with the $3,000 grand prize.
Details For Viewers Attending/Tickets
You must have a general admission ticket to get into the event.
A general admission ticket does not guarantee seating. Seating for general admission is on a first come first serve basis so arrive as soon as possible to grab a seat. Only a table and section guarantees seating.
You do not need an admission ticket if you have a table or section.
Tables hold 2 people. Does not include bottle.
Bigger Table holds 3 people. Does not include bottle.
Section holds 4 people. Includes
“1 Bottle”.
Tables & Sections are held for first 45 minutes after doors open at 8:00pm. After that it’s up for grabs if it’s not claimed by then. The sooner you arrive is the sooner you can claim your table/section.
