$15 Community Class: Aerial Yoga Essentials

Practice aerial yoga at a significantly reduced rate, while helping our newest teachers hone their skills! This slow-paced class will allow an aerial yoga novice to learn the fundamental skills required to establish a safe and balanced practice, while gradually acclimating to the silk, and modifying poses to remain in contact with the floor. You will be guided through a variety of standing and seated poses, as well as some simple inversions. The class will conclude with an extended savasana, allowing you to rest cocooned in the safety of your silk hammock.
