Hello MTG Players! Get your budgetmanders ready! After a successful first run(thank you again to everyone who showed up!) Lucky Whale Games will be hosting its 2nd $100 Budget Commander Tournament in June! I skipped May for personal reasons but will be hosting monthly from here on out!Date/Time: June 22nd / 1:00pm
Location: 876 Curtis St Boardroom
Entry Fee: $10
Tournament Format: Swiss into final table cut
Prizing: 30% store credit to 1st, 10% to 2nd/3rd/4th. 40% raffled randomly between rounds
Player Cap at 24 entries (Currently focused on improving this)
Regular REL, 85 minute rounds.
Signups will start June 8th.
Restrictions: No banlist (yet!), Total decklist under $100 TCGPlayer, including commander
As long as decklists are within budget when submitted, they will be accepted at the tournament. Printings of a card in your deck do not need to match the version on your Moxfield list. The price used will be TCGPlayer. If you unsort your decklist and set it to TCGPlayer pricing, you will see the total cost of your deck.
