Come join us for Pilates! A low-impact, full-body workout that emphasizes controlled repetition of movement, core strength, alignment, and flexibility. Pilates draws from body weight based resistance, with aspects of functional fitness.This class offers a mindful approach to a series of controlled, flowing movements of major muscle groups. This includes small but dynamic exercises both standing and mat based that is designed to strengthen deep stabilizing muscles, improves posture, and enhances body awareness. It is particularly beneficial for building long, lean muscle tone, supporting injury prevention, and improving balance and coordination. Pilates is adaptable to all fitness levels.
Class sizes are limited. Please bring your own mat and a water bottle. If you do not have a mat, please talk to us. We have a few available.
