Our Yin yoga class targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints through a slow and mostly still, meditative practice. By holding poses longer than in styles like vinyasa, Yin yoga stretches and lengthens rarely-used tissues, teaching you to breathe through discomfort and be present with your thoughts.
